In the actual production of jigs, it is often necessary to add an adsorption function at the front end of the cylinder to adsorb products in the mould. In the conventional way, the air pipe is long and will rub back and forth on the metal parts such as cylinder, which is not conducive to long term operatio with hidden dangers. The cylinder developed by our company has a cylindrical shape for easy installation on various fixed blocks with high universality. There is an airway in the cylinder rod and sucked air is discharged out of the tail of the cylinder, which simplifies the installation process, improves the work life and facilitates maintenance.
